SINGLE PROPRIETORSHIP
- Letter of Intent – shall state no. of years in the ticketing business; accredited airline/shipping lines, other services offered and other business/es engaged in.
- Business permit
- SEC Certificate
- Secretary’s Certificate giving authorization to a person to enter into contract with TransAsia and sign the MOA
- Sketch of business location
- Photo of store façade
- Lease Contract if renting the business space.
- List of two (2) business suppliers with their contact nos.
- Two (2) valid IDs preferably gov’t. issued for MOA signatory.
CORPORATION
